As well as from a product perspective,
mourHotel are differentiated in a number of ways from their competitor set from a development perspective.
We offer freehold land purchase, joint ventures or straightforward leasehold deals. mourHotel is favourable from a planning perspective insofar that we provide full-service elements in our hotels that include a destination bar and restaurant, meeting rooms and lite Gym.
We are flexible in the type of development that we pursue and recognise the value of other uses in the context of mixed-use schemes. To this end we will work with the developer to find an overall solution that allows them to extract the optimum value from a site. We will assist throughout the planning process and sit down with local planners to give insight into the brand if required. We will also help to identify ways for the developer to sell the asset post completion.
At present
mourHotel development is focused on the mainland UK. The current development plan is focused on achieving representation in the major cities. Representation across and around London is a top priority. We will generally consider sites that are in commercial areas of towns and cities that have a population in excess of 100,000. However we are willing to enter into discussions with developers or operators who would like to introduce our brand to their country.
