Introduction Fees

operate a policy of introductory fees subject to contract, planning and board approval on off-markets sites. Fees are a standard 10 % of one years rent in the case of a leasehold deal and 1 % of the freehold value in the case of freehold procurements. Introductory fees are capped at £75,000 per project.
